Florida Insurance Consultants has updated our System for the production of Certificates of Insurance.  This new system will allow our cleints to add certificate holders, maintain an accurate list of holders to be renewed as well as reprint any previously issued certificates that might have been misplaced or lost by your certificate holders.  We are making this system available to all insureds with Florida Insurance consultants that have a need for certificates.  However, before you will be allowed to use the new system, you will need to undergo some very basic training on the system.  Below are the upcoming dates when training will be available along with instructions on how to register.

Place- GoToMeeting- this is an online service that will allow you to participate in the training from your office over the internet and via phone. Once registered, you will be given instructions on how to connect to and participate in the meeting. Registration- Each Meeting can have 14 participants, so you must register to get the meeting you want. In order to register, you can send an email to Chris Smith (csmith@floridainsuranceconsultants.com) with “Ecertsonline Registration” in the subject line with the following information:
 
Name, Email address, Position/Title, Company Name, Policy Number, Meeting you wish to attend.

Cost- Use of this new system is free to our clients and the training is free as well.

Any registration emails not containing all of the requested information will be disregarded. Confirmation will be emailed back with all of the information needed to connect to the meeting. Attendance will be confirmed on a First Come/First Serve basis.

Florida Insurance Consultants reserves the right to remove access to the Ecertsonline Self Serve Certificate system at any time if we feel access to the system is being abused or misused to represent your insurance in a fashion that is not correct or in violation of state law. This is a service to you, the client, and we hope that it is of significant benefit to you and your organization. While access to changeable information is limited, we ask that you still be conscious of the process that we are asking you to use in production and use of the system and stay within the guidelines set forth in the training for the production of certificates. This system is a powerful tool to help you and Florida Insurance Consultants manage your certificates.  You will have 24/7 access to produce and reprint new and archived certificates as well as manage your list of certificate holders.
